In business since 1987 and incorporated in 1994, Stein Mechanical began with two engineers who became skilled Construction Project Managers and close friends. 

 

Striking out on their own, they provided design, general contracting, and project management services to large corporations, mainly Fortune 500 companies in Foods and Chemicals. One focused on design-build projects for everything from one-off packaging machinery to clean rooms, while the other focused on industrial and commercial HVAC. From steel, plastics and adhesives, to cereals and baked goods, our reputation for excellence grew and a major  equipment manufacturer we worked with asked us to enter the residential sector on their behalf.

 

Today our business is 80% residential and 20% commercial. Whether a condo or a cooling tower, we deliver the finest outcome possible for our customers.
